hoists a 30" Northern caught in Lake Winnibigosh June 22. The excursion
was part of an outing during the Minnesota Newspaper Association (MNA)
summer board meetings last week. Smith is a former President of the Association.

Trio boated 20 walleye
Detroit Lakes Tribune Publisher Dennis Winskowski fished with
Aitkin Independent Age Publisher Dick Norlander and Guide Jason Green,
Grand Rapids, MN. The trio boated 20 walleye, most of which were
released. Winskowski and Norlander are also former MNA Presidents
Catch & Release
Marcus Mooney of Detroit Lakes played catch and release with a
5-pound, 17-inch small mouth bass on May 12 at Lake Mille Lacs.
